ABOUT THIS PHOTOGRAPH

First, I love that the women are called Dudes. Second, I truly enjoy researching and working on finding references for old cars. This Chevrolet Special Deluxe sold for between $769-$995 in 1941. 602,113 were manufactured. The year's model offered a completely new body; safety steps replaced the running boards; and you could also get a shortwave radio as an option. – Deborah Humphries
