Ultimately, we hope you’re happy with your Unseen Store order, but if there’s a problem with your print here’s all the information you need to make a return.
Each print is made-to-order with extensive quality checks to ensure it’s free from foxing, fading and physical damage before shipping. In the unlikely event that a print is damaged, you can return it within 28 days from the date stamped on the Certificate of Authenticity.
This entitles you to a full refund or replacement, however, this guarantee excludes loss, theft, or damage due to misuse, such as accidental damage when taking the print from its packaging or repacking the print.
A member of our team will endeavour to answer all queries within 48-72 business hours.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Note, returned print(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Contact us via email with your order number and the reason for your return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
• When we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order;
• Repack the print(s) you’re returning in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it;
• Once we receive your returned order, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund within 28 days, excluding any shipping costs and merchant’s fees.
HOW DO I SHIP A RETURNED ORDER?
Print(s) will need to be returned at the buyer's expense. We recommend that you use a tracked and signed-for delivery service. You should also keep proof of postage for returned items, as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel an order where the request is submitted before the print is shipped. Contact us at email@example.com with your request.
